Delete your LiftLink account
To request deletion of your LiftLink account and associated data, email help@liftlink.io with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.

Body: Please delete my LiftLink account and all associated data.
Send it from the email address on the account so we can verify ownership.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your profile information
- Email address
- Workout library
- Extraction history
- Subscription records
Anonymous analytics data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your LiftLink account does not cancel an active Standard or Premium subscription — those are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and will keep renewing until you cancel them with the store.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → LiftLink → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LiftLink → Cancel.
